Company History

Ray Crowell Real Estate, Inc. was formed in 1990.

The company is primarily engaged in the

Commercial Brokerage, Property Management,

Site Location, Build to Suit and Development of

Real Properties on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

It's Principal is Ray L. Crowell, MBA, CCIM.

Primary areas of service are Hancock, Harrison

and Jackson Counties on the Mississippi

Gulf Coast.

Ray L. Crowell

Ray L. Crowell, MBA, CCIM, formed Ray Crowell

Real Estate, Inc. after 20 years in the mortgage

and financial services industries. Having obtained

a MBA from the University of Louisiana-Monroe

and the CCIM designation, Certified Commercial

Investment Member of the CCIM Institute in Chicago, IL,

gives Ray L. Crowell the education to go with his

experience in real estate to give you a powerful

ally in your real estate transaction.

Leadership positions held in the real estate field

include, President, Mississippi Gulf Coast MLS,

President, Gulf Coast Associations of Realtors,

Treasurer, Mississippi Association of Realtors,

Commercial Division.

Martin G. Jones

Martin G. Jones, CCIM, GRI, joined the company

in early 1995. His background includes a

B.S. degree from William Carey College in

Hattiesburg, MS, additional studies at the University

of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS on a

post graduate level and marketing bank owned

real estate while an employee of financial

institution. Having been licensed in real estate

since 1976, now holding a broker's license,

and having earned the CCIM designation as well

as the GRI designation, Graduate, Realtor Institute,

gives Martin Jones the education and experience

to assist you in your real estate transactions.

Positions of leadership held include, Board of Directors,

Mississippi Association of Realtors, 2005 President,

2004 President-Elect and 2003 Treasurer, Gulf Coast

Association of Realtors, 2003 & 2004 President, Mississippi

Gulf Coast MLS, Inc., Member of Mississippi Association

of Realtors Leadership Class of 2003 and Southern

District Director, Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors.
